RIDING FOR RIDERS: Mission Viejo’s Christine Psaros and 31 new friends are scheduled to pull into Asbury Park, N.J. today--48 days and 3,374 miles after leaving Seattle on a cross-country charity bicycle ride. “They’ve had a lot of rain, a lot of heat, but a lot of fun,” says her mother, Helen Psaros of Huntington Beach. . . . They also did a lot of good. Psaros raised more than $10,000 herself, with the money going to support horse riding for the disabled in Southern California.
