First in San Francisco; now in San Diego. “Traditional” prejudices and discrimination in the Boy Scout program are being uncovered. The time has come for that organization to discover that the world is really not flat. Archaic information and attitudes must be discarded. Fears that homosexuality is transferable and that youngsters can be “recruited” are totally groundless.
