Inside Broadcast: U2’s “Zoo TV Outside Broadcast” concert, the group’s worldwide tour which uses TV as part of the show, will be on TV this fall. The Irish group will have its first network TV special Nov. 29 when Fox airs an hour of highlights from the “Zoo TV” tour, which makes an L.A. stop at Dodger Stadium on Oct. 30.
