Call Him Paul: MTM Enterprises, in its first co-production with a non-commercial broadcaster, will join with WNET-TV, the PBS station in New York, to make a musical biography of Paul Simon. The two-hour program, “Paul Simon: Born at the Right Time,” will premiere in March on PBS.
