HARD ROCKING: The Hard Rock Cafe expects a few thousand guests for the long-awaited opening of its new club in Newport Beach’s Fashion Island next month. Details: The Neville Brothers will kick off the opening with a free concert Nov. 8, featuring, of course, the soft, angelic voice of Aaron Neville. . . . It will be a carnival of music, T-shirt sales, food and drink in the mall parking lot. Proceeds will go toward the Assistance League of Newport-Mesa.
