Burbank-based Shamrock Holdings Inc. announced that Bill Clark has been elected chairman and chief executive and Martin W. (Marty) Loughman president and chief operating officer of its Shamrock Broadcasting Inc. unit.
Clark, 59, has been with Shamrock Broadcasting since its founding in 1979, serving first as president of the radio division and, since 1988, as president and chief executive of the company.
Loughman, 49, is now the owner-operator of KOOL Communications Inc., Denver, licensee of KUFX-FM, San Jose.
Shamrock Holdings is wholly owned by the Roy E. Disney family.
