Harold Strong has been appointed vice president of management information systems for Catalina Marketing Corp. in Anaheim, a newly created position. He will oversee all computer operations and product support, as well as client services, store and application systems. Strong had been the company’s primary consultant for systems strategy, planning and implementation since 1985.
