TELL GEORGE: Jennifer Keller was considered a long shot to win the coveted office of Orange County Bar Assn. secretary--traditionally an automatic springboard to bar presidency--since her opponent was endorsed by 13 former bar presidents. But defense attorney Keller won with her sassy, irreverent campaign approach. . . . Keller says of the opposition: Never declare victory prematurely. “When I was in college at Berkeley, I was convinced George McGovern would be elected President in a landslide: Everybody I talked to on campus was voting for him.”
