Trial Trial for Zsa Zsa: A federal judge in San Antonio threw out a $3-million breach-of-contract judgment against actress Zsa Zsa Gabor and ordered a new trial Jan. 25. A jury had found Gabor liable in a suit that claimed Gabor did not fulfill a contract requiring her to appear in a fantasy-vacation video. Gabor’s attorneys argued that she wasn’t notified of the court proceeding.
