Here and There: MTV News reporter Tabitha Soren is joining the “Today” show as a contributing correspondent. The 25-year-old Soren, who won praise for her campaign coverage on MTV, will continue her work on MTV while contributing occasional pieces to “Today.” . . . Local stations are sending reporters to Somalia for direct reports. Dave Lopez and managing editor Danny Tobias are there for Channel 2, David Jackson for Channel 9 and Dave Bryan for Channel 11 and Fox News Service.
