THE GOOD LIFE? Today may not be one of those great days that reminds you why you’re glad you live in Southern California in December--it may even rain in the early morning hours. But at least you won’t have to swim to work like Monday. . . . The weather people say Orange County will be partly cloudy today, with strong winds but with temperatures in the high 50s or low 60s. (B7) But if you’re looking for a return to the California dream weather, here’s a warning: The skies will likely be dismal, with even a chance of more rain, until the weekend.
