Somalia-Bound: Malcolm-Jamal Warner, late of “The Cosby Show” and current star of NBC’s “Here and Now,” will head to Somalia Monday to spend New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day with U.S. troops. Warner will be the first personality to go to Somalia for the USO since U.S. personnel were deployed there earlier this month. Warner will focus on one-on-one meetings, rather than a big stage show, which USO President Chapman B. Cox said would be inappropriate given “the human suffering there.”
