Economic Summit

Six out of 10 Americans vote against Bill Clinton and The Times called his election a “mandate.” Clinton rigs an economic “summit” by carefully inviting only those who agree with his viewpoints and The Times calls it reaching a “consensus” (editorial, Dec. 16). It appears that one of things that will not “change” with a new Administration in Washington is the bias of The Times.
