Tri-County Builder’s Supply Moving to New Site

Tri-County Builder’s Supply, a wholesaler and retailer of masonry and hardware, will move Monday to a new location adjoining Oxnard Airport.
Shawn Campbell, Tri-County’s owner, said he was unable to find a satisfactory Ventura site for his expanding company, whose customers include the builders of five housing tracts in the Antelope Valley.
“We’ve bought a little over two acres in Oxnard and we’ve taken a lease-option on an adjoining six acres,” Campbell said. “We’re doing some fast refurbishing on a large building that came with the purchase.”
Daum Commercial Real Estate Services’ Camarillo office represented Tri-County in negotiating for the location on Teal Club Road. The firm’s present Ventura location is on Arundell Circle.
