Despite the LAPD’s attempt to make amends by staging a hastily arranged ceremony in a police station hallway, I’m quite sure Jaime Blake and John Hill are distraught over the way their wedding was ruined when officers mistakenly arrested the groom as a robbery suspect. However, the couple can rest in the comfort of knowing that they will be able to finance a lifetime of wedded bliss with a probable hefty lawsuit settlement, compliments of the City of Los Angeles. How many black men must be harassed and how many millions of dollars must taxpayers shell out before this madness ends?
