War on Graffiti

Why is graffiti everywhere you look? I’m a daily driver of the 405 freeway in Orange County. And I hate seeing nicknames or abbreviations sprayed all over the freeway walls. I wish that there was something that we, the citizens, could do. Well, the other night I saw a poster in Fountain Valley that said, “$500 reward with the help of the arrest and conviction of a graffitist.” I hope other cities will start some kind of program like Fountain Valley.
