LAGUNA HILLS — Advantage Life Products Inc. said Friday that it has abandoned plans to acquire a line of over-the-counter drugs and child-care products from a New York company.
Advantage Life and Natural Child Care in Armonk, N.Y., were unable to reach agreement on financial terms for the proposal announced Jan. 19, an Advantage Life Products spokesman said. The company had hoped to use its existing distribution system for the Natural Child Care line of products such as vitamins and soaps.
Advantage Life Products, based in Laguna Hills, markets smoking-cessation and other over-the-counter products.
