It seems Meadows believes that every edict issued by President Clinton should be choked down as manna from Nirvana. Limbaugh throws a life raft to those drowning in a sea of politically correct non-think and the Beltway’s pundits marshal their forces to confront the threat of free speech running rampant in the country. Talk shows allow everyone to exercise their First Amendment privileges. How awful. Three trillion dollars in taxes isn’t enough to sate the lust for power of the Beltway elite; now we must feel good and be grateful for being led to the plucking table. Even the chickens in Arkansas get to squawk once in awhile.
