Belgian Musician Plans Cow Concert

BRUSSELS, Belgium — Christian Leroy will give a concert for 3,000 cows at the start of a rock festival in May in the southern Belgian town of Ciney, festival organizers said Friday.
“It’s the atmosphere of the cattle market that one must feel,” organizer Rudy Dewez said.
Leroy, a contemporary musician, will improvise tunes as the town’s cattle market is in full swing, trying to get in harmony with the reaction of his audience.
