Siemens Pacesetter Inc., a leading producer of pacemakers and other medical equipment, has made several executive changes.
Brian M. Mann, who was president and chief operating officer, is now the Sylmar-based company’s chief scientist. His former posts are not immediately being filled, Siemens Pacesetter said. However, Guenter H. Jaensch remains chairman and chief executive.
Also, David R. Morley, an 18-year Siemens Pacesetter employee who oversees manufacturing management, becomes senior vice president of operations, which also covers research and development.
Barry L. Forwand, former director of northeastern regional operations, was named vice president of North American sales.
