SIMI VALLEY : Official to Take Job in Riverside County

Simi Valley Assistant Manager Bob Hunt has given notice that he is leaving the city he joined as an administrative aide in 1977 to take the job of city manager in the Riverside County city of La Quinta.
Hunt’s last day in Simi Valley will be April 29, and he is scheduled to begin his new job May 3 running the city of 15,000, he said.
The city has not decided how to fill Hunt’s position, Simi Valley Assistant City Manager Mike Sedell said.
