Local Gathering: “Crisis and Recovery: A Town Hall Meeting” will air April 26 on KCAL-TV. News anchor Pat Harvey will moderate the live, two-hour telecast in which city officials, community and business leaders will discuss topical issues with local citizens at the First AME Church in South-Central Los Angeles. The gathering also will be carried on radio stations KFWB-AM (980), KGFJ-AM (1230), KJLH-FM (102.3) and in Spanish on KTNQ-AM (1020) and Korean on KBLA-AM (1580). KCAL says the program will air regardless of the outcome in the Rodney G. King civil rights case.
