LANDMARKS: Freeway signs point the way to Little Saigon, but that’s not enough, says Westminster Councilman Tony Lam, above, probably the first Vietnamese-American elected to public office. . . . Lam wants buses to shuttle tourists from Disneyland and Knott’s Berry Farm and wants them to see gateways, flowers and lanterns at entrances to the district. “Right now, Little Saigon doesn’t have anything. It doesn’t look like Saigon,” Lam says.
