PRINCE OF A BOSS: Today is Professional Secretaries Day, where secretaries not only get a free lunch, they get to tell wacky boss tales (D6). A finalist in one contest, Raye Lopacki of Federal Express in Irvine, says her boss once made her take the office’s pet frog “Prince” to the vet. She not only had to pay the bill, the frog needed home injections, which she got stuck with. . . . No secretary is perfect, of course. The injections failed and, Lopacki says: “Prince went to froggy heaven.”
