Titled “Rock Names,” the Citadel Press paperback gives you the reason for the name of every band from ABBA and ABC to the Youngbloods and ZZ Top--often in the band members’ own words. Our favorite entry is for the Jesus and Mary Chain. About the band’s provocative name, guitarist William Reid reveals, “To be honest, I don’t think there’s any story to it. I just made it up.”
