SUN VALLEY — Two adults and a child were left homeless when a fire raced through their Sun Valley home Saturday, the Los Angeles Fire Department said.
Firefighters arriving at the house at Saticoy Street and Vineland Avenue about 1 a.m. found the fire had already spread throughout the single-story home. They put the blaze out 24 minutes later, department spokesman Bob Collis said.
The fire caused an estimated $60,000 damage to the structure and $10,000 to contents, Collis said.
