Stage Plans: South Coast Repertory in Costa Mesa has added three more titles to its 1993-94 season. Ibsen’s “Hedda Gabler” will be directed by David Chambers on the main stage, Dec. 13-Jan. 14. Joe Orton’s “Loot” and Athol Fugard’s “Playland” are slated for the Second Stage at dates still to be announced, although rights to “Playland” have not yet been secured.
