RITZ WEST: Where do you go after you’ve already run one of the swankiest hotels on the West Coast? You run one of the swankiest hotels in Hawaii. Henry Schielein, general manager at the Ritz-Carlton in Dana Point since 1986, will soon run the 700-room Grand Hyatt Wailea resort in Maui. . . . But before he goes, Schielein, known for his lavish parties for good causes, will be guest of honor May 28 at a tony party at--where else--the Ritz-Carlton.
