SEAL BEACH — Rockwell Graphic Systems, a division of Rockwell International Corp., has won a final judgment and injunction against DEV Industries in a trade-secrets lawsuit.
The injunction follows a December federal court decision awarding Rockwell $2.67 million in damages from Bensenville, Ill.-based DEV and Robert J. Fleck, a former employee of Rockwell. The jury found DEV and Fleck guilty of stealing engineering drawings and trade secrets from Rockwell.
The injunction prohibits DEV from using the drawings and trade secrets and requires DEV to return all of the materials to Rockwell.
A printing-press manufacturer in Westmont, Ill., Rockwell Graphic Systems is a division of Rockwell International, the advanced technology company based in Seal Beach.
