Pasadena Libraries in an Era of ‘Litericide’
- Share via
On behalf of the Pasadena Public Library Commission and “Save Pasadena’s Library,” I’d like to express our thanks for your excellent coverage of Proposition I.
Your efforts were important in bringing the issue to the attention of the community.
Since our election, libraries in Los Angeles County and throughout the state are being threatened or are closing at an alarming rate. We feel privileged, on the other hand, to be beginning the process of restoring full services in our Central Library and the branches. In this time of “litericide” elsewhere, we look forward to continuing Pasadena’s tradition of library excellence.
