Jamie Bowman has been appointed senior vice president and senior legal counsel for Plaza Home Mortgage Corp. in Santa Ana. Before joining the company, she was senior attorney for Downey Savings & Loan Assn. Bowman also spent a year and a half as an attorney with the Office of Thrift Supervision and was regulatory counsel at American Savings Bank.
