Car Raffles: What’s the best way to get customers into your newly opened store?
Consider raffling off a new car. That’s been the big draw at several store openings in recent weeks.
JC Penney gave away a Geo Prizm LSi when its store opened at Westminster Mall earlier in the month. In Buena Park, Fedco offered a Mercury Capri when its new store opened. And Fry’s Electronics, which just opened a store in Fountain Valley, offered the grandest automobile of all the stores: a 1994 Alfa Romeo Spider Veloce.
