International Technology Corp. Hires Fluor Exec: Larry M. Hart has been named chief operating officer for the Torrance-based company. Hart, who will also hold the title of senior vice president, will report to Robert B. Sheh, president and chief executive of IT. During his 26-year career with Fluor Daniel Inc., Hart, 53, served as president of the company’s U.S. Operations Centers, president of Information Technology, president of its Power Business Sector, group executive and executive project leader.
