San Clemente Pitcher Signs With Hawaii

San Clemente pitcher Chad Wanders signed a letter of intent Wednesday to play at Hawaii.

Wanders, a right-hander, was 4-4 with a 2.30 earned-run average. Opponents batted .197 against him. He struck out 53 in 56 innings.
