OptimumCare Pact: OptimumCare Corp. of Laguna Niguel, a provider of mental health services through hospitals and medical centers, said Wednesday it has signed a contract with Samaritan Medical Center-San Clemente.
Through the medical center, OptimumCare will provide a type of service called partial hospitalization--a cheaper alternative to hospitalization, in which patients live at home but see a mental health professional every day.
