William S. Hoffenberg has joined Koll International in Newport Beach as chief financial officer. He was formerly vice president of finance at Coldwell Banker Residential Affiliates Inc. Hoffenberg has also been with the Baldwin Co., the Anden Group and Cadillac Fairview Industrial Development Inc.
