TUSTIN — Four men forced their way into a home, assaulting and robbing a woman who lives there, police said Saturday.
The four men knocked on the door of the victim’s house in the 17200 block of Nisson Road about 8:30 p.m. Friday, Tustin police said, and burst inside when the woman opened the door.
The woman was left unconscious and may been sexually assaulted, Lt. Chuck Crane said. She was treated at Tustin Hospital Medical Center and later released.
Investigators said the intruders took some belongings and fled. Crane declined to say what the men removed from the home or whether they were armed. No other details were released Saturday.
Westminster Police Department officials said they sent an officer who speaks Vietnamese to assist the victim and translate in Friday’s investigation.
