YORBA LINDA : Residents Can Apply to Planning Board

The city is seeking applicants for a seat on the Planning Commission and has extended the filing deadline to March 30. Commissioners serve four-year terms and meet at 7:30 p.m. on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month.
The five-member commission considers a variety of land use, zoning and building issues and makes non-binding recommendations to the City Council.
Interviews for the position will be conducted April 5. Interested residents must complete and return a short application form by 5 p.m. March 30.
