Volunteer Minister to Give Sermon

The Rev. Carlos Escorcia will give the sermon on Sunday at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Laguna Beach. He works as a translator and is the volunteer minister of the Unitarian Universalist Oscar Romero Congregation in Los Angeles, where services are conducted in Spanish. It is the only Spanish-speaking Unitarian congregation in the country.
His sermon topic at the 10:30 a.m. service will be “My Spiritual Journey from the Assembly of God to Unitarianism.” After that, Jean Raun will give a presentation on election issues. Visitors are welcome. The fellowship is at 429 Cypress Drive. Information: (714) 497-4568.
