Knicks Should Clean Up Act
Come on Pat Riley, you didn’t used to have to win this way. After having just witnessed the Knicks-Bulls series, I am left with a feeling of real concern regarding the outright dirty tactics used by the Knicks. I don’t know how many times I saw John Starks, Charles Oakley, Derek Harper and some of the other Knicks throw opposing players to the ground, kick them while they were down or shove them hard while they were off balance.
Aggressive basketball is OK in the NBA, but there is no place for these kinds of dirty and dangerous tactics.
Even if Riley is not encouraging his players to play like this, he should make them stop.
