LaCour to Play For West Team in Olympic Festival

Chatsworth High’s Bryan LaCour, an All-City Section shortstop, has been selected to the West team for the U.S. Olympic Festival.
LaCour, a senior who has signed to play at Stanford, is one of 64 players aged 18 and under to be picked to one of four regional teams.
LaCour finished the regular season with a .495 average, 14 stolen bases and 39 runs batted in. He was a Times All-Valley selection as a junior.
The festival will be held July 1-10 in St. Louis.
