Gladstone’s Owner in Default: California Beach Restaurants said it faces a foreclosure sale of most of its assets if it fails to reach a new bank loan agreement within three months. The company owns Gladstone’s 4 Fish in Pacific Palisades and RJ’s the Rib Joint in Beverly Hills. MCA Development operates a Gladstone’s restaurant at City Walk in Universal City under a license.
