‘Super Pizza Hut’ Planned for Mexico: The restaurant chain said it will open the restaurant in Torreon in the northern Mexican border state of Coahuila. The eatery will have the capacity to serve 2,150 people a day and will seat 424 and employ 100, the company said. Wichita, Kan.-based Pizza Hut, a unit of PepsiCo, said the restaurant will serve about 1,000 pizzas a day, compared to an average of 350 in its other outlets. It will be the chain’s largest restaurant to date.
