Super Store Open: Sportmart has opened a new super store in Mission Viejo, its 16th in Southern California. The company also opened new stores in Oakland and Sacramento during August, bringing its nationwide store count to 48.
The 42,000-square-foot store in Mission Viejo is at 25462 El Paseo.
“We conduct intensive research and competitively analyze the marketplace to discover the unmet sporting-goods needs of area residents,” said Sportmart western regional manager Steve Reed.
