Marina catcher Heather Williams has orally committed to attend Michigan State, said her coach, Shelly Luth.
Williams, an excellent defensive catcher, batted .345 with 14 runs and 11 RBIs during the regular season, and helped Marina win the Southern Section Division I championship.
She chose Michigan State over Arizona State.
