STANTON — A teen-ager who was shot in the head Tuesday remained in stable condition, investigators said.
The 17-year-old boy was among about five people in an apartment complex at 10422 Fern Ave. when a gun discharged at about 5:30 p.m., wounding the teen-ager, sheriff’s Lt. Bill Leonard said. Sheriff deputies did not know who fired the handgun, nor the motive for the shooting.
