Comprehensive Care Corp.: The Newport Beach health-care company reported a net loss of $3.3 million, or $1.42 a share, for its fiscal third quarter, ended Feb. 28, compared to a net loss of $1.3 million, or 59 cents a share, for the same quarter a year ago. Quarterly revenue declined 23% to $6.5 million this year from $8.4 million. The company lost $8.2 million, or $3.69 a share, for its first nine months, compared with a loss of $3.8 million, or $1.73 a share, for the same period the previous fiscal year. Revenue dropped 13% to $21.9 million for the nine months from $25.3 million.
