HOLLYWOOD : Police Search for Killer of Inglewood Man

Police are searching for the killer of an unidentified man who was found shot to death in Hollywood last week.
Inglewood resident Ronnie Simmons, 39, was pronounced dead at the scene after his body was found at 2:15 a.m. Friday on Western Avenue near the intersection of Sierra Vista Avenue, said Hollywood Homicide Detective Lloyd Parry.
Police said several witnesses reported seeing a person in a late-model car pulling the body out of the roadway to the curb before driving on. That person is being sought as a potential witness to the crime, Parry said.
