CAMARILLO : Theme Ideas Invited for Holiday Parade
- Share via
Camarillo Pageant Assn. officials have announced a citywide contest to determine the theme for the association’s 1995 Camarillo Christmas Parade.
Herb Holler, the pageant association’s chairman, said residents submitting theme ideas should keep in mind that the Dec. 9 parade signals the start of the holiday season, features numerous marching bands and is geared toward children. Last year’s theme was “A Magical Christmas.”
The contest winner will receive a free continental breakfast and get preferred seating and parking at this year’s event.
Theme suggestions should be submitted in writing to the Camarillo Pageant Assn., c/o the Pleasant Valley Recreation and Park District, 1605 E. Burnley St., Camarillo, 93010. For more information, call 484-3004.
