Expanded Local Coverage Begins in Today’s Times

Beginning today, the Metro section will offer expanded coverage of local news as well as a page that deals with a different topic each day, Tuesday through Friday.
Two new pages, B4 and B5, will feature events and issues from communities throughout Los Angeles County.
The new themed pages, on B2, will explore the region’s future, provide inspiring stories about people making a difference, examine the latest advances in science and medicine and offer a guide to urban living.
Today, B2’s “ Next L.A. “ page will show how libraries are adapting to the information superhighway.
